I liked the reading fair last week. We had about 20 minutes of silent reading and Mrs. Stone read a book to us. I was reading a book called Newfoundland and Labrador. I learned in that book that NL wasn’t discovered in late 14’s. It was actually discovered before 1000!!! Newfoundland and Labrador is the 7th biggest province in Canada. Newfoundland by its self is the 9th biggest province. Also, the book Mrs. Stone read to us was called The Monster That Did My Math. It’s about a boy who hates doing his math. Later, a monster popped up and he would do the boys math. The monster had all the answers right but then when the boy had to do a problem on the board he was dead meat. That book had a lesson to do your own math. You may not like it, but if you were that kid you would understand why.
