Junie B. Jones Is a Hair Groomer!
In this book, Junie B goes to the hair groomers. She likes it and she wants to be one. When she gets home, she practices on stuffed animals, her dog and herself. She gets her scissors taken away. This reminds me of a time when my sister Ally cut her hair by herself, just like Junie B. Only Ally didn’t do it as bad Junie B. Her hair did not turn out good. Then her daddy had to drive her to the groomers again. This time Junie B. looked nice. Then her dad told her it takes years and years of practice, not just a day. I think he should have told her that before. Junie B thinks she did good because, if she didn’t miss up her hair in the first place she would not have the look that she had now.
